Although the hotel lacked amenities like a bar or lounge area, the complimentary Wi-Fi in public areas was convenient. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the lift made navigating the hotel easy. the VIP check-in/out service was a nice touch, making the arrival and departure process smooth.
